Lance is a creative director with over 14 years of experience in the industry.

 

He started his career doing integrated campaigns as an art-based creative at multinational ad agencies in the Philippines. But when he got the opportunity to work in Vietnam back in 2015, he took the challenge to expand his horizon by immersing in a new culture and by learning new disciplines in advertising.

 

Coming from above-the-line background, he strongly believes in strategic thinking and big ideas and he transforms them into relevant and engaging content in different types of media including social and digital.
